            <p id="isPasted">This is an on-campus 1<sup>st</sup> line IT support position which plays a pivotal role within the Information and Digital Services department, providing excellent customer service and technical advice to the University&rsquo;s staff, students, partners and visitors.</p><p>Reporting to the Campus IDS Manager, you will be a member of the End-User Computing team where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support services.</p><p>You will help support the department by adhering to ITIL incident, problem and change management processes and be an ambassador for best practise and relationship building across this diverse user base.             <p id="isPasted">The University for the Creative Arts is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join our busy Estates and Facilities department based at the Farnham campus. The post is an important and responsible position, and your main duties will include ensuring safety and security of premises, fire prevention, goods in/out, basic maintenance, compliance checks and support to the University and its departments. You will be expected to work as part of a team on a regular shift pattern (morning and afternoon) as well as being part of the emergency response and covering the out of hours on call duty, on a rota basis with a paid &lsquo;out of hours&rsquo; allowance.</p><p>You will have good interpersonal skills as there will be daily contact with staff, students, and the public.             <p id="isPasted">The Campus Life Assistant is part of the Campus Life team, which is responsible for all matters related to student administration, enquiry and advice services. The team is part of the Student Life Department, which serves to provide a comprehensive and effective service across the student journey, enabling individuals to realise their potential.</p><p>The post holder&rsquo;s remit is broad and includes programme administration, managing student records and registration statuses, programme and module changes for on-campus and partner students; timetabling and graduation; provision of reception services on a rota basis and health and wellbeing signposting. In collaboration with Campus School colleagues, Campus Life Assistants play a central role in supporting the University&rsquo;s student progression and retention strategies and student community activities. Campus Life Assistants will deliver support for all aspects of the Campus Life remit but will also develop specialist knowledge to support specific areas of work in collaboration with the Campus Life Officers and Manager.</p><p>In addition to their work to support the accuracy of the student record, the post holder is the first point of contact for student support and visitor enquiries ensuring that in the moment support is provided whenever possible and that more complex enquiries are effectively triaged to specialist services.
