Are you detail oriented and obsessed with organization? Are you excited by the prospect of helping a new organization grow? At UCA we are looking for a key position to help ICI become one of the best joint institutes in China.

We are looking for an organized, articulate, self-starter to provide administrative support to the Institute of Creativity and Innovation’s Associate Dean and support international staff in navigating their new environment.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, will have a university degree, preferably a master’s degree, and will have experience with two or more of the following:

-              Providing administrative support

-              Working in a complex organizational environment such as a university

-              International partnerships

-              Chinese-English translation and interpreting

-              Microsoft Office suite

-              Finance, budgeting and reporting

-              Staff recruiting support and administering HR policies
