Student Records Manager

The Student Records Manager is part of the Campus Life team, which is responsible for all matters related to student records, administration, enquiry and advice services. The team is part of the Student Life Department, which serves to provide a comprehensive and effective service across the student journey, enabling individuals to realise their potential.

Working closely with senior colleagues across Student Life and our digital and IT services, the post holder will manage operations and processes that ensure accurate and complete student data—both for UCA and its partners—within the student records system (SITS). The role will work closely with the Assistant Director of Student Life and colleagues across the University in contributing to, or leading on, key statutory returns.

The role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency across student records and related services and is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the student experience through strong data management and service delivery.

The role is intended to be based in Farnham but there is scope for the role to be based at any of our three campuses: Farnham, Epsom or Canterbury.

At UCA, creativity and innovation are at the heart of what we do. Our legacy of educating eager and passionate artists, makers and thinkers runs back almost 160 years, and today we’re helping shape a global future that supports and nourishes talent worldwide.

Our campuses across Surrey and Kent are vibrant communities, each specialising in different areas of the creative industries. We are also home to a thriving research hub, with academic experts and fellows leading the way in research on sustainability, design, textiles, animation, history and culture, and more.

Are you ready to share your passion for creativity with the next generation of innovators? If so, we want to hear from you.
