Market Research and Insights Manager

Do you enjoy making sense of data? Are you able to analyse different datasets to illustrate actionable insights? Are you able to use data to build compelling evidence to drive decision making?

At UCA we are passionate about the education of the creative arts; inspiring our students to develop creative careers that make the most of their talent and hard work. We want to offer a competitive course portfolio that is at the forefront of the creative industries, whilst also staying on top of marketing trends and emerging opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced research and data analyst to interrogate the wealth of data we have at UCA, and use it to help influence change across our services and experiences. You will be someone who is able to connect varying databases and deep-dive into the data, highlighting patterns and trends. You will be able to communicate discovered insight via reports and presentations which convince stakeholders to make changes. You will be a champion of a data-led culture which values the needs and behaviours of our students by reacting to opportunities and threats.

For an informal conversation regarding the role please contact Andy Ball,  Head of CRM, Web and Insights at  andy.ball@uca.ac.uk

At UCA, creativity and innovation are at the heart of what we do. Our legacy of educating eager and passionate artists, makers and thinkers runs back almost 160 years, and today we’re helping shape a global future that supports and nourishes talent worldwide.

Our campuses across Surrey and Kent are vibrant communities, each specialising in different areas of the creative industries. We are also home to a thriving research hub, with academic experts and fellows leading the way in research on sustainability, design, textiles, animation, history and culture, and more.

Are you ready to share your passion for creativity with the next generation of innovators? If so, we want to hear from you
