About the Role
This is a third-line engineering position focused on Microsoft and Windows deployment. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Security, you’ll work within a team of six engineers, including another Digital Workplace Engineer, to ensure our digital workplace runs smoothly and securely.
This role is advertised as based in Surrey or Kent as there is scope for the post holder to be based in any of our three campuses; Canterbury, Epsom, or Farnham.
About You
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Security, you will be part of a team of six engineers, including one other Digital Workplace Engineer, packaging software applications, deploying essential OS updates and managing key systems including Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune and other related platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies and Windows deployment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Configuration Manager, Intune, and modern workplace tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and a commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
