Recruitment Officer

UCA is looking to appoint a Recruitment Officer to join our Future Student's Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Higher Education and be passionate about helping young people with their university choices and applications.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for organising and delivering recruitment activities, attending HE Fairs and UCAS events, and working with student ambassadors. Strong organisational and analytical skills, along with excellent presentation and people skills, are essential.

This position will involve extensive travel within the UK to events and working independently as well as part of a team. Some evening and weekend work may also be necessary.

Full training will be provided to ensure that you understand the creative industries and degrees that we offer. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rewarding and challenging role within Higher Education. We welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you are passionate about helping young people continue their creative journey, we would love to hear from you.

This role is a Grade 6 position offered as a fixed term contract ending in October 2025. In addition to qualified candidates, we are also open to applications from recent UCA graduates who may not have prior experience of working in Higher Education. Should this be the case for the successful candidate, the position will be offered at grade 5 on a Graduate basis.

For an informal conversation regarding the role please contact  Savannah Moray,  Student Recruitment Manager  at  savannah.moray@uca.ac.uk
